Top tips if decide to have a go yourself:
- Take some footage of your house with your video camera or even a standard digital camera. Try not to move too much or wave the camera around - if you have the space you can try to focus on a specific item and pan in or out. Just see what works best for you.
- Save the video to your computer on Windows Movie Maker.
- Follow the guidelines on Windows Movie Maker as to how to edit your mini-film - including adding non-copywrite protected music and a commentary if that is your thing!
- All you are looking to achieve is to let potential buyers see whether it is worth their time and effort to come and look at your house. You aren't trying to win an oscar.
