Here's how to place your advert:
If you would like to advertise with us, it's as simple as sending an email to: admin@sellerproperty.co.uk The email should adhere to the following format:
- Location and first part of your postcode, No of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the price you are selling for.
- Room descriptions (bedroom, bathroom, reception), including sizes and points of note (TV and telephone points, open fires, bay windows etc.)
- Outside features such as gardens and garages.
Photos should be JPG, PNG or GIF (the last three letters of the file name when you've saved it.) Keep photos smaller than 10mb.
Making a video: (It's simple - honest!)
If you wish to make a video of your property, edit it using Windows Movie Maker and save it at 340 KBPS. Just film what you would like to see as a potential buyer, add a bit of (non-copywrite protected) music, and the only limit is your artistic flair! You can either upload it yourself to YouTube, or post us the DVD and we will upload it for you. If you are new to it all, why not claim your FREE guide to making a video advert.
Buy a FOR SALE sign:
Contact us at admin@sellerproperty.co.uk and let us know you would like a FOR SALE sign including the address you would like the sign to be delivered to. Please include the telephone number you would like to put onto the sign and whether you require a stand alone garden sign or a wall mounting.
Each FOR SALE sign comes inclusive of fittings and UK mainland delivery for just £70.00
As soon as we receive you order we will send a bill via email which can be settled by PAYPAL or if you don't have a PAYPAL account, you can use your credit card.

It is up to the seller to take the photographs of the property and provide an accurate description in order that a potential buyer can establish whether it meets their desired criteria.
Home Information Packs
Since 1 August 07, the law requires that you provide such a pack to potential buyers, if your home meets certain criteria. It will place an additional financial cost onto you as a seller and is yet another reason to bypass the estate agent and save yourself £1000s.
